A cellar of over 150 carefully selected French wines makes La Ferme des Moines a top address for wine lovers. The list is completed by beers and homemade aperitifs, as well as a wide choice of soft drinks.
Alsace wines
Riesling, pinot gris, gewurztraminer, pinot noir: the seven Alsatian grape varieties, from winegrowers on the Wine Route a few kilometres from the hall. Crémant for the aperitif, late harvest for the foie gras.
The rest of France
Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhône valley, Loire: a selection built up over the years to go with meats on stone and large tables.
